2025 Presidential Inauguration Tickets

2025 Presidential Inauguration Tickets

The 60th Presidential Inauguration is scheduled for Monday, January 20, 2025, in Washington, D.C. The ceremony will take place on the west front of the U.S. Capitol, under the oversight of the Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies (JCCIC), which is tasked with the planning and execution of the event. For detailed information about the day's events and the history of past inaugurations, please visit inaugural.senate.gov.

The Inaugural Parade, a pivotal part of the day's celebrations, is organized by the Presidential Inaugural Committee. Groups interested in participating in the parade can find more information and submit their applications at https://inauguralparade.smapply.net.

As a member of Congress, I will receive a limited number of tickets to distribute among guests. My office will allocate these tickets to constituents of Texas's 5th Congressional District through a lottery system based on the requests we receive. Please note the following important information regarding ticket requests:

- Tickets are limited and issuance is not guaranteed.
- All ticket requests must be submitted by January 1, 2025.
- Only constituents from Texas's 5th Congressional District are eligible to request tickets.
- Tickets must be collected in person in Washington, D.C., before Inauguration Day. We will not mail tickets.
- Recipients must show proof of residency within the 5th District at the time of ticket collection.

To apply for tickets to join us at the Presidential and Vice-Presidential Swearing-In Ceremonies, please complete the request form linked here. It is important to note that these tickets do not provide access to the inaugural balls or other related festivities, which are coordinated by the Presidential Inaugural Committee directly with the President-Elect. Furthermore, my office does not receive seated tickets for the Inaugural Parade. However, viewing the parade along the route on foot does not require tickets.

What are these options?

This is to help the constituents that are hard of hearing or use a video phone alert us to that fact so we can use the proper technology when we need to call them. The default option “Voice” is a normal audible telephone.
