Friends,
Gas prices reached a new high this week, averaging over four dollars per gallon nationwide. This is unaffordable for most Americans and it is killing our economy.
In 2019, the United States was the largest producer of oil and gas in the world, but President Biden wasted no time changing that and launched his war against American energy producers as he took office. Now, despite supply chain issues caused by the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the Biden Administration refuses to unleash our full energy potential because he is controlled by radical environmentalist groups funded by Vladimir Putin.
For years there have been reports these groups receive Russian funding, and it’s time we investigate them and shut them down for undermining our national security. Russia will do anything to weaken the United States and destroying our energy independence does just that. It is past time President Biden stops listening to these groups and reverses his Green New Deal energy policies to provide Americans with relief at the pump.
Take my survey below and keep reading for more information on what’s happening in Washington.
Sincerely,

On Thursday, I introduced the Think Tank and Nonprofit Foreign Influence Disclosure Act to investigate the environmentalist non-profits destroying our energy sector. GOODEN DEMANDS FACEBOOK PRESERVE IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS
Facebook recently denied my request for documents related to the company’s role in exacerbating the border crisis and promoting human smuggling and trafficking. On Wednesday, I sent a letter demanding Facebook preserve those documents for future investigations. Mark Zuckerberg can willingly provide these documents now, or be compelled to by Congressional subpoena later.
You can read the letter here.
PRESEDENIT ZELENSKY ADDRESSES THE HOUSE
On Wednesday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy addressed a joint session of the House of Representatives to update members on the war in Ukraine. The images of destruction and death in Ukraine were heartbreaking to watch and underscored the need for U.S. assistance. We must provide Ukraine with the weapons they need to fight back against Russian aggression.
